Return Policy:
At Durtbagz.com we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or credit.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed or damaged items, (we inspect every bag before it goes out the door). If a washed or damaged item is returned, we will refuse it.
Please contact us immediately if you intend to return your purchase so we may address the situation immediately. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know what you would like in return, whether it be an exchange or credit.
